We are seeking Nurses (RN / LPN) to provide our residents with direct care in the Care Centers / Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation unit of our senior care organization focused on ensuring the health, safety, wellbeing and care of our seniors.

  Hourly base wage range is $34.00-40.00 for RNs, and $30.00-38.00 for LPNs, (all base wages depending on experience), and we currently offer a $15,000 hire-on bonus for full-time Nurses. Overtime is paid for regular hours worked over 8 per day and/or 80 per two-week pay period.

Our Skilled Nursing Facility has 117 beds, within a senior community of nearly 240 residents. 

* Our nurses work closely with our residents, NAC staff, Medical Director, and our Rehab Team!

* Will work as Team Leader for residents on your hall including complex rehab residents.

* Must appreciate, and be capable of, working as an integrative team member.

* Reports to Director of Nursing, and is supervised / supported by Shift Supervisor and Charge Nurse.

* Short- and long-term stay residents require rehab, IV, PICC, wound vac, diabetic monitoring, lab orders, pharmacy refills, medication pass, etc.

* Independent and critical thinking is required for success in this role.
