NACs are needed to provide care to resident in Care Center & Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility on evening shifts, $5,000 hire-on bonus for full-time hires.  EXTRA $1.00 EVENING shift premium.  Must be available to work rotating schedules. Part-time and on-call shifts are also available.

NAC base wage range is $19.00-$23.00 per hour (depending upon your prior NAC experience and tenure) PLUS shift premium. Additional pay of 50 cents per hour, if assigned as Dining Room Supervisor or Shower Aide. Overtime is paid for regular hours worked over 8 per day and/or 80 per two-week pay period.

Not licensed yet? We can hire graduates of an accredited NAC training program. If not licensed, the hourly pay is minimum wage. You have 120 days from date of hire to obtain your active NAC license. 

* Our NACs work closely with our residents, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team

* Must appreciate, and be capable of, working as an integrative team member

* Reports to Director of Nursing Services, and is supervised / supported by the Charge Nurse and Team Leader

* Independent and critical thinking is required for success in this role
